Now take the production line project of 4-6 tph of crop waste as a case, according to the technological process and each section to do the following introduction and explanation.
Raw material:
There are mainly coconut shell, bagasse, brewer's grain, potato skin, rice residue and so on.
Brief introduction of the process:
The bagasse and other food processing waste are crushed into 3-4mm through hammer mill. Then the material with 40% moisture content is dried to about 15% through a three-layer roller dryer. Finally, pelleting process is carried out. The processed finished granules are 6-10mm in diameter, and the granules are cooled and packaged into 20-50kg/bag, which is easy for transportation and sale. This project will produce 4-6 tons of crop waste granulation production line, the total power of the equipment is about 920kw, and the workshop covers an area of 1800m2, which contains raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse. The whole line is compact in design, reasonable in structure and meets environmental protection requirements. And can be customized design according to customer requirements.

Craft features and processes introduction
Grinding process:
There is no dust emission in this section. After grinding, the material is transported and discharged by the fan's negative pressure suction force. The hammer mill is water droplet structure, the grinding rotor can be positive and negative operation, improve the service life of the hammer, The motor is direct drive mode.
Drying section:
Three-layer drum dryer, the material moisture in about 13-18% after drying.
Drying equipment: LYHG50, drum diameter 3m, length 11.6m, power 19kw, design yield 5T (raw material initial moisture 40%).
Pelleting section:
Biomass particles diameter 6-10mm optional, biomass particles with high calorific value, pollution-free, ash low characteristics, can be widely used in biomass power plants, biomass steam boiler, household fireplace, drying furnace and biomass gasifier.
Pelleting equipment (2 sets) : MZLH680, main machine power 185kw, power of enforced feeder 1.5kw, design yield 2-2.5t /H/ set, quantity: 2 sets.
Cooling and packaging section:
Used to reduce pellet temperature and reduce pellet moisture. After cooling, the pellet temperature is generally no higher than room temperature of 5℃. After cooling, the pellet moisture is about 8-10%, the pellet bulk density is 650-750kg/m3. Packaging can be according to the customer's local sales needs, choose the appropriate packaging weight to facilitate the customer to sell products. Usually there are two specifications: small bags and ton bags. Small bags packaging specifications: 20-50kg/ bag, ton bags packaging specifications: 500-1000kg/ bag.
Cooling equipment: MKLB4, cooling chamber volume 4m3, designed to produce 4-6tph
Packing equipment: MDBLY-K, packing specifications: 20-50kg/ bag, packing speed 3-5 bags/minute.
According to the needs of different customers, the scheme can be optimized:
1. If necessary, buffer bins can be added between each section to replace the storage yard. The advantage is that it can improve the automation degree of production line and reduce dust pollution in the workshop; The disadvantage is that it will increase the construction cost of the production line, and because the bulk density of materials after crushing is very light, it is easy to bridge in the bins and material does not drop.
2. If the moisture content of the raw material is not higher than 15%, it can be directly granulated without using the dryer; If more than 15% but less than 20%, you can consider to mix dry materials with wet materials. After the water neutralization and reduction, then granulate;
3. The packaging equipment can be adjusted according to customers' requirements for finished product packaging. It can also be stored in bulk or stored into silos.
