FDSP undertook two projects in New Zealand and Australia and delivered them simultaneously, contributing to the development of the feed and food industry in Oceania.

Recently, FDSP completed the simultaneous delivery of customized corn processing line and feed production line for clients in New Zealand and Australia, respectively. ThroughFDSP's customized system solutions, the two Oceania clients achieved both improved food safety and production efficiency.

Meeting the New Zealand client's stringent requirements for corn food processing safety, FDSP built a full-process food-grade corn processing line. The core equipment utilizes a customized food-grade corn grinder, whose materials and process meet international food safety standards, ensuring contamination-free production from crushing to powdering. Furthermore, all equipment utilizes high-end SEW motors, reducing energy consumption while ensuring stable operation, helping the client achieve sustainable, long-term, and environmentally friendly production.

For an Australian client, FDSP custom-designed a bird feed grinding and dust removal system, focusing on corrosion resistance and long life for outdoor use. At the client's request, FDSP customized its equipment to withstand the local high humidity and salt spray environment. The accompanying pulse dust removal system adopts a high-standard explosion-proof design and is equipped with an intelligent backflush cleaning device that automatically adapts to different material characteristics, ensuring consistently stable dust removal efficiency.

This cross-hemispheric dual project delivery, through the deep integration of customer needs and technological innovation, is not only a concentrated demonstration of FDSP's customized technology integration capabilities, but also a strong commitment to "FDSP Quality". FDSP will continue to deepen its presence in the feed and food processing sectors in future, empowering the upgrading of the entire global agricultural industry chain.
