FDSP has delivered the equipment for the two phases of the South-Korean bio-organic fertilizer granulation system, contributing to the development of a green circular economy

Recently, FDSP has completed the packing and shipment of the second batch of bio-organic fertilizer granulation equipment for export to South Korea. Until now, our company has successfully completed the entire shipment of the first and second phases of the customized organic fertilizer granulation system equipment for the South Korean customer.

For this time, FDSP built two sets of biological organic fertilizer equipment for the South Korean large-scale breeding group. They are four units of cow manure organic fertilizer granulation systems in the first phase and two units of pig manure organic fertilizer granulation systems in the second phase. The project adopts an integrated and efficient process of "raw material pre-treatment + fermentation + granulation", which can quickly dehydrate, ferment and form granules from high-humidity raw materials such as pig manure and cow manure, and ultimately produce high-quality biological organic fertilizers.

In recent years, South Korea has greatly promoted the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. It has introduced a series of policies to encourage the substitution of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers. The two sets of equipment this time will help customers produce high-quality organic fertilizers. They can not only absorb the manure from surrounding livestock farms, reduce environmental pollution, but also provide efficient fertilizers for local farmland, promoting the development of green circular economy.

Since the first set of biologically organic fertilizer granule complete equipment was exported to South Korea in 2009 ,FDSP has relied on its continuously developed and upgraded solid waste and renewable energy resource utilization system solutions to successfully export more than ten sets of biomass and organic fertilizer granule complete equipment to the South Korean market. In the future, FDSP will continue to deepen technological iterations and provide FDSP system solutions for the global green resource recycling development.
