Biomass granulation system by FDSP for Japan listed company put into production successfully

Recently, a complete set of biomass wood sawdust granulation system made by FDSP for a Japan list company was put into production.

The system adopts the modular structure design, with compact process layout and efficient resource utilization ability, successfully solved the customer's concern in the transportation, installation and later expansion of the equipment, the installation of the equipment can be completed only by screw fastening after stacking the block frame, which greatly simplifies the commissioning and saves more than 50% of the time cost compared with the traditional installation method. More importantly, the structure could flexibly increase or decrease modules according to future production capacity demand, leaving sufficient space for subsequent expansion.

The dry wood powder with 8% moisture is conveyed to the pellet mill feeder through the air network system. For the problem of raw material moisture fluctuation, the system is equipped with automatic water adding device, which can be adjusted to the best granulation humidity in real time. The key equipment adopts FDSP new automatic 420 biomass pellet mill, with a variety of compression ratio ring die, to meet the customer's diversified requirements for particle density and combustion efficiency. The finished product after granulation is also received by the mobile box with exclusive special customization, which is convenient for storage and transportation of the follow-up process.

Considering that the project needs to be operated in an outdoor environment, the steel platform was strengthened and galvanized, effectively resist harsh conditions such as humidity and corrosion, extend the service life of equipment. The total power of the whole system is only 105 kw, and the occupy is only 16m². While achieving efficient production, it significantly reduces the cost of space and energy consumption for client, and reaches the leading technology level in the industry.
