SFYH1000 premix production line contracted to build by FDSP in Shandong successfully put into production

Recently, the SFYH1000 premix production line in Shandong constructed by FDSP successfully completed installation and commissioning, and was officially put into production, which was highly praised by customers.

The SFYH1000 production line adopts the "six carrier bins + six micro-elements bins" dual bins parallel mode. Through the process design of independent batching, precise measurement, and efficient mixing, it greatly improves the batching accuracy and effectively avoids the classification of premix, ensuring uniform and stable product quality.

This production line is characterized by low energy consumption, low residue, and high output. From equipment selection to process flow, it reflects refined control. It adopts a modular layout, a humanized operation interface, supports flexible scheduling and remote monitoring, and realizes intelligent management of the entire production process.
