Flow process brief introduction
Palm waste is coarsely crushed through a drum beater and then cut into fine powder through a special palm cutter. Then, after the pre-cleaner, the raw material with 50% moisture entering the 3 layers drum dryer, is dried into about 15% moisture. and finally is pelleted. The diameter of the finished product is 6-10mm, which is optional. After the pelleting and cooling, it is packed into 20-50kg/bag by the small bag packing scale which is convenient to transport and sell. Palm pelleting complete project with 5tph, the total power is be around 890kw. The workshop covers an area of 2400 ㎡, contains raw material and finished products warehouse; The design of the whole line is compact, reasonable, meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can be customized according to customer requirements.

Craft features and process introduction
The palm shell, palm leaf, palm fruit channeling go through the drum beater first, the long fiber shape palm silk is roughly grind ed into 5-10cm long. Then cut into the palm grass powder by the special palm cutter. After grinding, the material is transported by the fan's negative pressure suction air pressure, with high output, low pollution and effective inhibition of dust pollution in the workshop.

Cooling and bagging process:
To reduce particle temperature and decrease grain moisture. The pellet after cooler is not higher than room temperature 5 ℃, pellet moisture after cooled is around 8-10%, particle density 650-750 kg/m3.
The bagging scale is according to the customer's local sales needs, the appropriate packing scale is selected to facilitate the customer to sell products. There are usually two specifications: small bag and ton bag. 20-50kg/bag for small bags, 500-1000kg/bag for ton bags.
Cooling equipment: SKLB4, cooling room volume:4m3, Design output 5-6tph.
Packing equipment: SDBLY-K, packing range: 20-50kg/ bag, 3-5 bags/min.
According to the needs of different customers, the scheme can be optimized:
1. If necessary, buffer bins can be added between each section to replace the storage yard. The advantage is that it can improve the automation degree of production line and reduce dust pollution in the workshop; The disadvantage is that it will increase the construction cost of the production line, and because the bulk density of materials after crushing is very light, it is easy to bridge in the bins and material does not drop.
2. f the moisture content of the raw material is not higher than 15%, you can not use the dryer. It can be pelleted directly after grinding; If more than 15% but less than 20%, you can consider mixing dry materials with wet materials, making water neutralization and reduction, and then granulation;
3. The packaging equipment can be adjusted according to customers' requirements for finished product packaging. It can also be stored in bulk or stored into silos.
