Raw material:

It mainly consists of sludge or sludge with sawdust, straw and other raw material mixture of coarse fiber. And the sludge is divided into industrial sludge and domestic sludge. Industrial sludge are mainly paper sludge, industrial wastewater treatment station generated sludge, etc. Domestic sludge are mainly river sludge, sewage sludge and so on.

Flow process brief introduction

After the sludge is dried by the paddle dryer, it is screened and finally processed for granulation. The diameter of finished particles is 6-10mm, which is optional. After cooling, the granulator is packed into 20-50kg/ bag for convenient transportation and sale. Sludge granulating project with 4 tph, the total power is about 540 kw, the workshop covers an area of 1200 ㎡, contains raw material and finished product warehouse; The design of the whole line is compact, reasonable, meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can be customized according to customer requirements.

Craft features and processes introduction

Drying section:

Paddle type drying system mainly includes feeding system, air preheating system, drying system, discharging system, exhaust drainage system, and control system. It is used for sludge or sludge mixture drying, paddle stirring which drys uniformly. The drying equipment is with compact structure, reasonable design, large output and other characteristics.

Cleaning equipment: MCY160×300,power: 3kw, designed output: 6T


Pelleting section:

biomass pellet diameter 6-10mm optional, biomass pellets is with high calorific value, pollution-free, ash low characteristics, and can be widely used in biomass power plants, biomass steam boiler, household fireplace, drying furnace and biomass gasifier.

Pelleting equipment (4 sets) : MZLH420, main engine power 90kw, forced feeder power 0.75kw, designed to produce 1-2t/h/ set.

Cooling and packaging section: 

used to reduce pellet temperature and reduce pellet moisture. After cooling, pellet temperature is generally no higher than room temperature of 5℃. After cooling, pellet moisture is about 8-10%, pellet bulk density is 650-750kg/m3. Packaging can be according to the customer's local sales needs. Choose the appropriate packaging weight to facilitate the customer to sell products. Usually there are two specifications of small bags and ton bags. Small bag packing scale packaging specifications: 20-50kg/ bag, ton bag packaging specifications: 500-1000kg/ bag.

Cooling equipment: MKLB2.5, cooling chamber volume 2.5m3, designed to produce 4-6tph.

Packing equipment: MDBLY-K, packing specification 20-50kg/ bag, packing speed 3-5 bags/minute.


According to the needs of different customers, the scheme can be optimized:

1. If necessary, buffer bins can be added between each section to replace the storage yard. The advantage is that it can improve the automation degree of production line and reduce dust pollution in the workshop; The disadvantage is that it will increase the construction cost of the production line, and because the bulk density of materials after crushing is very light, it is easy to bridge in the bins and material does not drop.

2. The packaging equipment can be adjusted according to customers' requirements for finished product packaging. It can also be stored in bulk or stored into silos.
