Recently, the project annual output of 1 million tons of corn processing production line in Chongqing Wanzhou Free Trade Zone designed and constructed by Liangyou Shares has been fully completed the installation and no-load commissioning operation. The completion of this monumental project not only marks another major breakthrough for Liangyou Shares in the field of grain processing in the bonded zone, but also injects new vitality into the economic development of Chongqing Wanzhou Bonded Zone.

The project design uses the "grinding before batching" process customized for customers by Liangyou Shares. The overall equipment covers the complete production process from silo storage, raw material reception and cleaning, crushing, batching, mixing, pelleting, and final product packaging and bulk storage. At the same time, the production line is also equipped with high standards of ventilation dust removal, explosion-proof dust, steam inactivation, computer full screen control, automatic intelligent packaging and other advanced auxiliary systems to ensure that customers in the production process of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.

The raw materials used for this project are all imported corn from abroad. In Liangyou's high-precision crushing, batching and mixing process technology, the corn is deeply processed through physical, chemical methods and fermentation technology, which can produce high-quality corn composite auxiliary products according to the needs of downstream enterprises, and deeply serve feed, food and breeding enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing region, creating greater economic value for this market.

In view of the characteristics of long feeding cycle and large single feeding amount of imported corn, the production line specially designed two corn silos with a capacity of 10,000 tons for storage turnover. Besides, the grain unloading system adopts an efficient and environmentally friendly indoor closed unloading method, and is equipped with two sets of large-scale special dust removal systems, effectively avoiding dust pollution and safety problems.

In addition, in order to ensure the absolute safety of imported grain, the production line adopts the raw material inactivation process in the design, and innovatively introduces the high-temperature and high-humidity steam treatment technology. Through full mixing and moisture-heat treatment, it can effectively kill the harmful ingredients such as corn and its mixed grass seeds, germs, insects and insect eggs, which meet the strict domestic food safety standards and provide consumers with safe and healthy food raw materials.
