The FDSP completed the delivery of all equipment for the new high-end cat litter production line project

 Recently, the project of a new high-end cat litter pellet production line with a double-line 6tph, which was contracted by FDSP for a pet’s products company, has completed the delivery of all equipment. The FDSP engineering installation team has also arrived at the site and is now working intensively on the subsequent installation and commissioning.

As daily essential needs for cat-owning families, the uniformity, water absorption, dust control and environmental performance of cat litter pellets  are the core indicators for evaluating its quality, directly affecting the user experience and the health of pets. The raw material receiving section used food-grade powdered materials and was equipped with an independent dust removal system, effectively avoiding cross-contamination. The batching and mixing section used a round-bin flange assembly type batching bins, which could prevent material bridge. Regarding the problem of insufficient water absorption of cat litter, the team further optimized the conditioning and aging process by precisely controlling the moisture content and aging time of the materials, enabling the cat litter pellets to form a uniform pore structure, significantly enhancing their water absorption and odor retention capabilities. 

In terms of dust control, apart from the independent dust removal system in the raw material receiving section, this project is also equipped with dust control devices throughout the entire process, including batching, mixing, and drying, to ensure that the dust content of the finished cat litter is much lower than the industry standard. This prevents pets from inhaling dust and causing respiratory problems, while also considering both practicality and safety.
