Raw material:

Flow Process introduction:
Three line FZLH508 cow dung bio-organic fertilizer production line are cow dung mixed with straw, rice husk and other organic compounds, composting fermentation, drying after pretreatment, again into the processing workshop, through crushing, mixing, pelleting, cooling, packaging process, and made into bio-organic fertilizer. Pre-treatment process:

Mixing process:
Through the micro-element adding hopper, the fungus seeds and raw materials can be added to the mixing machine for mixing, after evenly mixed, enters the next section.

the tilting type cooler is selected to effectively prevent particle breakage. The cooler is equipped with vibrating grading sieve to screen out some unformed powder. According to the local sales needs of the customer, the packaging scale can be selected to facilitate the customer to sell products. Cooling equipment: FKLB8, cooling chamber capacity 4m3, designed to produce 10-12tph.
After fermentation, cow dung can be made into high quality organic fertilizer products. Cow dung contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30-0.45% nitrogen, 0.15-0.25% phosphorus, and 0.10-0.15% potassium.
