Features

1. LYDS series double-shaft shredder is equipped with double-shaft and double-motor independent drive. It is a special shredding equipment for various crop straws and industrial solid waste treatment such as RDF, SRF, TDF, etc.;

2. The number and thickness of the moving knives can be designed and arranged according to different materials, which can meet the requirements of different fineness of 5-10cm;

3. The blade is surfacing welded with super wear-resistant materials. It can be repeatedly welded after wear. The hardness is ≧HRC58, and the service life is more than twice that of H13 material;

4. There is a dustproof structure between the knife box and the bearing for isolation, so that the material cannot penetrate into the bearing installation area during the shredding process;

5. The inner hole of the tool and the spindle surface are designed with hexagonal design, which can realize the rapid disassembly and assembly of the overall tool, and the knife shaft is equipped with locking tooling;

6. The knife box adopts overall annealing stress relief heat treatment, and the positioning pin prevents the knife box from deformation;

7. It is equipped with an automatic grease adding system to effectively avoid bearing damage caused by oil shortage.
