Features 

1.The equipment uses the counter flow cooling principle to cool the pellets with high temperature and high humidity, which avoids the sudden cooling phenomenon caused by direct contact between the cold wind and the hot material, thus preventing the pellets from surface cracking. At the same time, the cooling effect is remarkable because the material is fed by the air closed airlock and the air inlet area is large.

2.The top airlock adds a spacer between the bearing and the end plate of the air lock, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency and increases the service life of the bearing.

3.A series of viewing windows is added to the aggregate bin to provide a variety of options for discharging positions. Add a thermocouple in the lower left corner to monitor the actual temperature in the bin in real time, control the cooling time of materials, make the product cool enough, not easy to mildew;

4.The frame is changed from channel steel frame to detachable square tube frame, which makes the equipment more stable and beautiful.

5.The discharging is controlled by brake motor, which can stop instantly.

6.Optimize the design of sliding valve type roller, the clearance of discharge frame can be adjusted to prevent pellet breakage;

7.The cooling box adopts octagonal shape and the hopper adopts circular angle to reduce dead angle residue.

8.The top cover of the cooler and the air closed feeder are made of stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

9.Customers can choose to be equipped with an electric rotary homogenizing mechanism, so that the internal material layer is kept at the same level, the cooling effect is more uniform;
