Since June, the Chongqing 50000tons per year wood pellet production line which was built by FDSP, has been continuously delivered, in response to the requirements of the client's construction schedule, FDSP sent 15 on-site installation staff working overtime to install equipment. The installation is currently well under way with a view to completing all equipment installation and entering the commissioning phase by the end of June.
The customer is a domestic listed company and set up new biomass fuel projects. The completion of this project has a strong demonstration and promotion value for promoting the construction of “Waste-free cities” in Chongqing and Beibei District, and creating “Recycling and low-carbon development”, also it is a main dealing method to the mountain fire waste of local government. The speed of the project has received special attention from the local government, requiring full firepower and rapid start-up.
The project has an annual output of 50,000 tons of sawdust pellet production line, through crushing, grinding, drying, storage, granulating, cooling, packaging and palletizing processes, finally, high-quality cylindrical biomass pellet fuel is prepared.
Crushing section: FDSP new generation of integrated crusher, could process larger landscaping pruning, felled trees, wood waste for crushing pretreatment.
Grinding section: Tear circle hammer mill independently developed by FDSP are used here, grinding rotor can be operated in both positive and negative way. The special customized multi-point hammer can greatly improve the service life of the hammer.
Drying section: special customized non-standard ∮3.4 × 20000 three-layer drum dryer and the air network system could reduce the raw material moisture from 60% to about 15%. Adopt multi-point imported spark detector and PLC interlock control system, check the production process.
Storage section: the dried sawdust after drying is stored in the storage bin to ensure the stable supply of raw materials in the granulating section to achieve continuous production. The arch-breaking device is added to the bin body to effectively prevent the accumulation of arch materials.
Pelletizing section: adopting LZLH680 vertical biomass pellet mill which has won many national patents, custom-made casting gearbox, adopting exclusive design of main and auxiliary oil tank, to prevent transmission gear wear caused by oil pollution. High quality bearings imported from Europe, automatic grease filling system and thin oil circulating cooling system, all to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the pellet mill.
Cooling section: the use of the latest international advanced impeller-type cooler, effectively improve the problem of pellet surface cracking and pellet broken, improve the quality of finished products. Selection of cylinder discharging structure without residual.
Packing and stacking section: equipped with mechanical palletizing system, greatly enhance the automation of finished product packaging, for customers to save labor costs and improve production efficiency.
As an advocate of “Green development, clean energy”, FDSP will continue to build and improve the whole biomass renewable energy industry chain services. Further explore the comprehensive recycling technology of renewable resources such as agricultural and forestry wastes, “Turb Waste to treasure” to promote the construction of a green ecological environment, making our FDSP contributes to the goal of “Carbon neutrality”.
